We advise all participants to register as early as possible and take advantage of the benefits offered:

NOTE on the mark *:
The marked categories with paid registration fee, will receive program and ID cards for free access to the all scientific sessions, lunches and gala dinner, will receive certificate for attendance (without points), BUT are NOT ENTITLED TO PRINTED MATERIALS.

The prices are expressed in EURO and 18% VAT is NOT CALCULATED in the price and should be paid by the participants.

The registration fee includes:

Set of printed materials and ID card

Attendance at organized lunches and dinners

Attendance at the opening ceremony

Access to the exhibition space

Attendance at all scientific sessions

Certificate with points from the DCRNM

NOTE *:

* THE PARTICIPANTS WITH PAID REGISTRATION FEE can attend all events of the Congress, including formal lunches, cocktails and dinners.

* ALL OTHER PARTICIPANTS WITH NO REGISTRATION FEE, for attending lunches/gala dinners/ cocktails have to pay 25 euro per person per meal.

** All payments have to be completed before the beginning of the Congress.

CANCELLATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION

For Macedonian participants

  • For cancellation of the accommodation by 01.09.2022, the paid funds will be refunded completely, reduced for the bank expenses.
  • For cancellation of the accommodation by 15.09.2022, the paid funds will be refunded for 50%, reduced for the bank expenses.
  • For cancellation of the accommodation after 15.09.2022, PAYMENTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

For foreign participants

Airport “SKOPJE” is about 25 km far from Skopje city centre and about 200 km from hotel Drim, Struga. It is linked by national and international flights (low cost included) to Belgrade, Zagreb, Ljubljana, Vienna, Istanbul and many other.

The Organising Secretariat can provide transfer from/ to the Airport upon request.
